Great abandon vibes but, most of the building is gated off there are some openings you just need to find it.

Cool former hat factory to explore, right next to a nice walking trail and bridge along the Fishkill Creek. Spent about two hours here. For an abandoned spot, its a lot cleaner than most, and the graffiti is pretty exceptional. No visible security of any kind. Once you turn down South Ave and pass under the train tracks, the best way to access the inside will be to your immediate right. Park in the small lot at the end of the road and walk back, down the trail along the graffiti-covered walls. Once you get to the back, there will be two potential entrances to your left: a hole cut into the gate or a hole in the loading dock door to crawl through.
