Had the pleasure of working with Dorothy to find an apartment. Her flexibility and client centric mentality make her an easy recommendation. She found small faults in the apartment that even I missed and she worked with the property manager to ensure the faults were fixed prior to my move in date.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nicole Lake is a terrible property manager, a scammer and untrustworthy. She lies to her tenants about the price of the units in beacon, then tells them one thing but does another. Horrible management I dont understand how you can even trust her with the building in beacon because it is falling apart. She is very unprofessional. Do not use them for a thing. Go somewhere else. When there is an issue she wont address it she will just IGNORE your phone calls and pretend everything is fine. She will take $275 out of your security deposit for a unit that was DIRTY PRIOR TO MOVE IN and say you were the reason. Even though there is proof and photos of otherwise.

Dorothy B. is an excellent realtor. She had consistent communication throughout the entire process from start to finish. She was extemely helpful from viewing the apartment, to signing the lease, and everything in between. She made the entire journey seamless - thank you Dorothy!
