We hired StoneLedge to put in a gunite pool, waterfall and landscaping in our backyard. Our backyard was completely transformed. I can’t say enough about this company, the customer service and attention to detail was perfection. We got to know the owner personally, he is incredibly meticulous and generous with his time and expertise. The value of our house increased tremendously with our exquisite backyard.

The best experience I ever had with a contractor. Starting with the design suggestions made by Ron and Dawn, to the last stone was laid by the crew. The attention to detail was extraordinary, my backyard was transformed.

Had my vehicle towed during snow ordinance (I live in a complex) even though I moved my vehicle to the exact location I was supposed to move it to. Terrible customer service, very rude. While this was a year ago, I appreciate the owner reaching out. At the time, I had already moved my car out of my assigned parking spot so that the company could plow, meaning I had moved my car to the designated spot that had already been plowed. People at my complex leave their cars there for hours at a time, sometimes even the whole day. I had left mine there for roughly two hours and had planned on moving it back when I had found out it was towed. Regardless, at the time, whoever I spoke to about the matter was rude and did not help me in the slightest bit. Still, like I said, I appreciate you reaching out.

StoneLedge is absolutely great! I hired them to repair a paver patio that had been installed improperly by another contractor. The owner, Ron, was very knowledgeable about the work to be performed. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. The crew that Ron used for the job was very skilled and extremely hard workers (at one point they were on their hands and knees applying polymeric sand with little brushes). Ron was a constant presence and available whenever an issue came up. When the job was done the patio looked perfect and the job site was cleaned up spotlessly. There were no surprises and they went above and beyond in completing the job. I strongly recommend!

The most horrible experience with this company, cleaning our complex property, negligence in towing vehicles without any attempts to reach owners, negligence in making appropriate effort in notify residence to move vehicles, lack of compassion to residents, negligence in checking for registration stickers which prevent vehicles from towing. Nasty to owners when speaking to them. Shame on this company, will never hire for my own property cleanup or anything else after this experience.
