        I bought a unit there several years ago. It was the worst experience of my life. I only lasted 3 years before the property manager forced me out. They hand out fines for anything and everything. All fines fall under what they describe as objectionable conduct. I was once given a fine for questioning a fine. The place is like the movie Roadhouse. The guy running it is like Brad Wesley. Its a co-op so the rules are tricky. There have been tons of lawsuits over the treatment of owners. Buyers beware. Do your research.

        I did hear/read bad things about the property manager but they have all new staff now and everything seems to be good! I have lived here for 2 years now and the grounds are kept up great, the pool is wonderful and its easy living! Ideal for single working person, a young family for a first home or anyone reiterated or on a fixed income.
