We began with JK Tech when we lived in Westchester. The service was always professional and polite and punctual. We have continued after our move to Chicago. We remain 100% satisfied and would recommend Javier and Karen to everyone.

I stopped in and met with Javier. I told him that my battery keeps dying, and while it appeared to re-charge, unless it was plugged in the computer would shut down within minutes if not plugged in. He examined it, and within 5 minutes, he told me how much it would cost, why it would cost the estimated amount, and when I could pick it up. He came through on everything we spoke about, price, pick up date and performance. Besides the fact that I had already developed an initial sense of trust, I most appreciated that he did not try to upsell me, or tell me that he had to add on this or that due to problems that he encountered. I have total faith that when I do have an issue that may need deeper investigation, I would trust whatever he tells me. I also picked up a new charger, and there were other items in the store that I would go back for. Trust is the most important thing with me, as people in these positions can tell you things that are hard to verify. 10 out of 10 for me.
