        They deserve more than 5 stars. My groomsmen and myself came here and Fred and Nancy made this the easiest part of my entire wedding planning process. Nancy is one of the nicest business owners/people Ive ever met and she genuinely cares about her customers. Fred is a phenomenal tailor and a great guy. Ill be coming here for all of my events in the future!

        A gem in Queens. My friend and I attended a destination wedding in Mexico. The options at The Tuxedo Shop exceeded our expectations. The fitting was quick and easy. Nancy! Nancy! Nancy! made our experience memorable. She is the best (and funny). Hopefully I won't have to attend anymore weddings, but if I do, I will go to the Tuxedo Shop!!!

        Nancy who helped me from start to finish was so accommodating, polite, and super welcoming. I was nervous because I stopped by last minute for my wedding but her experience and knowledge relieved all of my stress. I cannot thank Nancy and the staff enough. The quality of service and product is superior and now I feel confident for my big day. I will be telling all of my friends about her and this shop. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent or purchase a tuxedo!

        I wish I could Give this place 10 stars! I had my wedding in a couple of weeks and was nervous about not having a suit in time for me and my groomsmen but Nancy and the entire team at Tuxedo shop gave me such a peace! They offered unbelievable service for a great price too. Thank you Nancy!

        Stay away..This place has awful customer service.. a friend last year was planning to get married and all the groomsmen were set to get their tux here. We went to get measured about 6 or 7 months before the wedding and a month or so later ( approx 4 months) before the wedding it was called off and when we contacted them that the wedding was called off they refused to give the deposits back. they said they ordered the tux however not all the groomsmen got measured yet so they defiantly lied about this as the wedding was so far out still. Also note the tux were standard and nothing special so beware of the poor customer service.
