      Patricia, our dealers offer the best possible prices snd lock in to those prices when you place your order. We also pay fees for each order received. There were no hidden fees here, you agreed to the cancellation fee at the time of your order. There were several opportunities for you to acknowledge the cancellation fee prior to completing your order. Even with the $20 cancellation fee, the oil company and codfuel lose money when you cancel. We are always upfront and very fair to all.
