The hours stated both online and on their website do not coincide. Every time I call it states the office is closed and it's past the time it states it opens and before it closes. This doesn't make sense. Am I supposed to go in person to get an appointment?

The facility itself is fine. The employees were friendly. My issue is that almost every patient had a cane, walker, or wheelchair and there were not enough handicap parking spots to accommodate the clientele. Every spot was being used. I had to drop her off up front. The one girl covering the front helped me with mom while I dropped her off and then went to park.
