Daniel Gaynor helped me purchase my first home. I was totally unfamiliar with the process and had a lot of questions. Daniel was very helpful and quick to respond. We saw several homes. I was out of my element for sure and overwhelmed with the options. Daniel has an easy going personality which really cut down on the stress. His expertise and knowledge of the real estate market helped me discover the home property and community that best fit my familys needs. He was there every step of the process, from home inspection to closing, to make sure I asked the important questions. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He seems to have a genuine interest in real estate, not the pushy salesperson type.
