Danny the owner and designer of Royal Windows and Doors went ABOVE and BEYOND with his custom window design in our living room !!! It is truly amazing - he was there every step of the way ! Everything was done to perfection and looks so BEAUTIFUL! He imagined our windows in a way we never would have ! We recommend his company and his installer Christopher! You cant go wrong with Royal Windows !!

About 6 months ago we had our front door replaced by Royal. This was a custom door that was over 15k and my wife and I thought it was expensive however we were looking for a different look and liked the door. After the installation the door looks great and recently we noticed the finish on the door was rubbing off so I called our Salesman and he couldnt care less. First he told me to call the service department because he couldnt be bothered and then he told me that it was my fault because my hands have oils on them which caused the finish to rub off after 6 months. I called the service department 5 times and got the run around each time and they still havent called back. To be honest, all I was expecting was some touch up paint or stain that I would apply. Its very obvious that this company does not stand by its products and the customer service is poor . I would not recommend this company to anyone because this was a small issue so I could not imagine what they would do for a major issue

Tight parking dock, I am a truck driver, came in night but no parking at the location and gate is closed, hard to find parking spot in night, finally found parking at FOOD MART WAREHOUSE near to this location , truck driver please park there if you came in night, otherwise people are good and fast unloading, lot of restaurants if you came before 10 pm

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Solon the owner was a pleasure to deal with, he came to my home, took measurements reviewed the entry door we wanted, how it's made, colors, hardware and etc. On the day of the installation the installers arrived on time. The installer Chris is a real craftsman and detail oriented and his assistant David was also terrific. They kept the work site clean, they swept and vacuumed as they went along. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I highly recommend this Company!
