I've never witnessed faster, more competent, or kinder receptionists and technicians.... Wait time is never more than a few minutes. Clean office. I wish every doctor experience was like this.

If you dont want to feel like being treated like cattle, this is not the place to be. Went in for a sonogram to check a lump that was found and the technician was as callous as can be. I picked Zwanger because its always where Ive gone, because they always made me feel comfortable, but at this location it just wasnt the case. You shouldnt be in a position where you deal with delicate situations and have zero bedside manner or just simple human compassion. An appointment should not result in a patient upset enough to take time out of their day to make sure that its documented to hopefully help the next person be aware of what to expect.

The reason I gave them a one star is because I couldnt leave them a zero. The first issue is I dont understand the reason of pre registration if the front desk then the technician are going to ask me the same questions I thought it was to make things go quicker. I guess not. The other issue is I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late so I had to wait over an hour to be seen because of it. So the tech told me it was cause I came late then I asked him well what about when I come to my appointment like 20 minutes early and Im still never seen at the time my appointment is. His response is cause things happened. Then on top of all that they didnt even do the imaging cause I had a endoscopy over a month ago and I didnt have a report to see what was done. I explained to them I was just tested for H-pylori and no stents were implanted and they still said no. What a waste of time.

This was one of the most pleasant medical visits that I have had anywhere. The staff is fantastic, polite, courteous and especially easy to understand.

Always went here and they are courteous & friendly. The wait is not long but maybe that depended on the day and time
