I came in last week to upgrade my phone but it was busy. I asked to make an appointment and was told it is first come first serve. The employee told me not to wait, as there was someone else ahead of me and the store was closing in an hour and a half, so I left. I came back here yesterday at 12:25 and there was a sign that said be back at 12:35. I waited outside in the cold/rain so that I could be the first one in the store upon it re-opening. When I called the store, corporate office picked up and told me that the employee was most likely at lunch. By 1 PM, the store employee had still not returned. Unfortunately, leaves a bad taste in my mouth as a customer.

Today I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service by way of a Miss Blanca!!! Her professionalism and diligence working on my account made my experience something worth talking about! I appreciate her knowledge, informing me on enrolling in auto pay to save money! if these unprecedented times, saving money is very important to me. again, I salute and thank her for her excellent service.
