Customer Service was excellent. Nitin is an asset to your organization. Easy explanation, multiple options given, did not feel pressured into anything. Best of all kept my within my budget.

Terrible customer service . Didn't get the names but he was wearing a hat when I arrived . He was unable to help me or check my account didn't try to help me in anyway
. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! I left very unhappy and had to call customer service instead because the gentlemanat the store didnt want to help. Customer service 611 were able to resolve my issue .

Today march 17/2024 11am, I went to the store and the guy that was using the name tag NOAH and another guy that i couldn't see his name but he looked thick, with beard and glasses probably thhe manager were the worst customer service ever. I was sent to the store to get help with a concern that i was having and Noah didn't even know basically anything about tmobile and went to ask the other guy and he was worst and super useless, didn't even try to open my acct to help me and wanted to make me look stupid. I felt super disrespected that I would never recommend that store. I literally had to leave and call 611 and they were very helpful and fix my problem. Those guys shouldn't even be working there if they don't know what they are doing. They don't even deserve. 1 star but i have no chioce.
