We placed a service request for our AC and light to be fixed. This time the same day we called to have the issues fixed they showed up and got to work immediately the same day! This is very much appreciated especially with summer here. Thank you so much Rob and his crew for an amazing service. The new A/C unit amazing and an awesome upgrade from the old one.

$2K+ rent for roaches, brown water, safety issues, etc. Please also refer to other low rated reviews posted several months ago to read about similar experiences. Roach sightings despite keeping apartment tidy and getting exterminator. Multiple instances of brown water that Im told is related to monthly maintenance with the water systems. My packages have been stolen a few times. I am no longer able to send packages here. The hallways reek of cigarette smoke and gets into your apartment. There is garbage left outside frequently including a container of gasoline left by the door, as seen by the pictures. People also violate rules and leave bikes inside. There is also ongoing illicit and criminal activity happening on the premises that have caused residents to feel unsafe. Management has been alerted and have not rectified the issue.

Rob, the super, has been exceptionally fast to resolve any service issues / disruptions. Issues resolved day of entry. Great parking situation.

Rob the maintenance is the go to at the Bay Shore location. He is very professional, proactive, highly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The only issue is the neighbors are drugs user/sellers. Constant trafficking and the hallway smells of cigarettes, trash thrown on floor. I since moved out.
