Apparently can not fix older campers that need alot of work. Will not tell you this until after you've paid for an estimate, that they will refuse to write. I told them I had a 1959 camper that needed extensive work, roof, electric, paint, body work. I disclosed all this before they agreed to write the estimate. I actually said to them that the amount of money it was going to cost me to fix it was more than the camper was worth but it was my grandfathers so I was willing to pay it.
Charged me $170 to drive to the camper and then refused to write the estimate due to the age of the camper and the amount it would cost to fix it, and further said the estimate was irrelevant because they couldn't do the work. Refused through a text message, unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone that has an older camper. Maybe they do better with newer ones. If you are looking for restoration might not be your place. I know the work I am asking for is alot and will be costly, but I made it clear what I was needing before they accepted the estimate, knowing some shops would not be able to take this on. Had someone else tell me they couldn't do the work, before they showed up, but this shop made it sound like it wouldn't be an issue, until after I paid for the estimate. When I asked about paying the $170 was told that it was for them driving out, listing things that were wrong, and an estimate. I didnt receive two of those things. Further they said it was explained to me they may not be able to help, this was not said to me. At no point in time did anyone ever say to me we might not be able to help. I would have kept looking for a shop that could. I want to also be clear, the camper does not have a bad roof, there are no leaks which they confirmed on site, it just needed painted. The body work was from someone damaging the corners, the walls are not falling in, it needs alot of work but it isn't falling apart. We camped in the camper last summer. But, they did offer to give me advice if I wanted to do the work myself.

Visiting from out-of-town, we found an active water leak under the sink of our Class C motorhome. Jason was recommended by the staff of the Bath/Hammondsport KOA. We called and he was able to fit us in the same day due to a cancellation.He arrived right on time with the fittings that we needed and had the job done in less than an hour. Very friendly and competent.

Our furnace quit while we were traveling through Central NY. The temperature was in the 30s at night and 40s during the day. We are so glad we found Jason. He was professional, timely and good value. He got us back on the road so we could make our next reservation. Thank you Jason.
