Would give 0 stars if possible. They are the worst electric company in the world!! Get charged out the a** for electric I'm not using!! Claim they can read the box from where they are sitting when it's not possible!! Every little rain storm or wind the power goes out! They do absolutely nothing!!

Would give them a zero if I could ,totally ridiculous, new meters triple bill,not using any more electricity than I was before, totally pathetic!!!!!

I have had Steuben Rural as a electric supplier for year. Very satisfied with their service. Rarely have outages unless there are serious weather conditions.

Not happy with them. Ever sense they installed a new meter my bill has steadily gone up yet i use the same amount of electricity. Plus they tried to just come in my house without knocking when they came to change it.

They put poles in the creek then wonder why they go down in a flood. I have had 4 outages lasting more than 5 hours in the last 2 month. Now my basement floods because they are unreliable. Too bad THEY can't be turned into the PSC.
