Went today for Breakfast, and wanted to get a iced coffee while I was in town. My fiance just wanted a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel.Took awhile for the guy to finally take our order. Someone was waiting behind us also. I wanted to get a Cinnamon Vanilla Signature Latte and a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. He proceeded to tell us that they didn't have anything to make the drink with. Then I asked if I could do a Carmel Latte. Asked me if I wanted it cold or hot. I wanted a ice coffee, and then he told me that they had no ice and couldn't do a iced coffee. Alright, well I'll just do a Churro Donut and a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. Gave us our total and pulled up to the window and waited. The person behind us left. There was 2 people working ( female & male ).Got our order and looked in our bag, I got a Cinnamon Donut and a Burnt Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. We just left and ate our food. Definitely not going back and very upset.

Employee was rude while taking my order. When I pulled up to the window, he was talking about me with his coworkers.
