Let just stay i was NOT PLEASED with the medication discussion and my requests to see the
facility Dr going unheard u til I list my cool the the. Then the Dr appeared. If I were elderly o unable to speak for myself you have no one to speak for you.
The emoyees have to remember these patients
are paying for there service its not free. If there were no patients they wouldn't have a job. And should treat
each and every patients with the respect they
deserve. I'm leaving a we
ek earlier my inwould pay for another 7 day but I'm out!

I would give negative stars if possible. This place is abusive, neglectful, and rude. I would never put another family member here. They ignore the call lights, refuse patients the bed pan or commode because they are too busy, verbally abuse them when they do ask for something. They ignore patients for hours and hours, resulting in bed sores. My grandmother got a sore on her buttocks as well as her ankle. I was told that the sores are no big deal, any sore is a big deal especially ones caused by THEIR neglect. They barely do any physical therapy for the rehab patients, like once every week or two. The administration, social workers, supervisors, nurses, and aides are all poorly trained and extremely rude and dismissive. If you love your family member you will not even consider this place for short term or long term.
