You better be prepared to wait a long time for your food. Especially the drive thru. Wether it's one cheeseburger or just a drink, they're going to tell you to pull up and wait and wait and wait some more. Incompetent staff, incompetent owner, terrible service. West Main McDonald's is 100 times better than this place. Don't waste your time.. unless you enjoy waiting for "fast food". Update: Thought I'd give this dump another try and absolutely nothing has changed! In fact it's worse than it was before. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line after I ordered my 14 dollar Big Mac meal and when I finally got to the window for my food they asked me to pull ahead and wait.. for another 5 minutes! The burgers were cold the cheese wasn't melted and the fries were great if you like chewing on rocks! NOTHING HAS CHANGED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! THE STAFF SUCKS, THE FOOD SUCKS AND ITS A RIP OFF!

Clean bathroom. Overpriced food with less panache than, say, other fast food. Impersonal ordering kiosks. No relaxing view out the windows.

Great food but going inside was a mess. Food was run by teenagers, positive that the manager is also a teenager. They were blasting music inside of the restaurant extremely loud, the music had curse words in it and my kids were upset because they got their happy meal order wrong twice. Good Food, inappropriate atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: This McDonalds is no way kid friendly. Music was being blasted (with curse words) out-loud for my kids to hear. We were going to dine inside but the atmosphere made us go elsewhere.
