Been here a number of times. It is ok. Several people waiting and two people are helping one person. Does anyone know what customer service is? Not here they don't. On 1/13 I was headed up North and wanted to warm up my coffee. I went in and someone was cleaning the windows on the door. Said hello and she seemed pleasant. Was a little surprised. Went to the counter and started to place my order. Told the girl that it was a little complicated seeing that she was not paying attention to me as she was busy conversating with other employees near the drive thru. Not surprised. Anyway, proceeded to give my order and after a moment she Oh, I lost the order. Again, not surprised as many at DD do not work the POS very well. BTW no hello, nothing. Too busy talking. Asked for a couple of pieces of ice in my coffee. Never happened. Waiting for my order and low and behold there is the customer service girl talking to the prep person and guess what, screwed up my order. I walked out after saying in a disgusted manner "no "just give it to me" as they said, "I will do it again". It is always the same when I come to this DD". The customer service person proceeded to make remarks about me when I left as I could hear her. I amaze myself as to why I continue to go to places that have this type of service, but they stay in business. Never again! I should be grateful though as I was given a FREE side order of ATTITUDE!

Friendliness goes a long way, especially in todays world, walked into the store, 4 employees working, no one else in the store, no greeting, stood at the counter and wasnt even acknowledged by 2 of the girls who obviously werent counter help. They couldnt even bother with a hello, someone will be right with you! Great training!!
