        A lousy time of year, but fine trails! I know it'll be great in summer + early fall. "Most" people seem to follow the leash law. There's "always a few" though. Playground: Looks like a nice play area for kids! Idk if restrooms were open but they must be in later spring + summer. Lots of nice places to have a picnic. There's a kayak dock later in season. As soon as I came in park i saw a loose dog by ball field. And halfway out on the trail one of 5 dogs, being walked, was loose. There's always "those who the rules don't apply to". So ..... Don't trust that all are following them.

        Nice small park. The area is a . Also a brand new very nice playground. Restrooms yes but will be closed for winter. There's a path that goes around the park and along the river where there are eagles in morning and evening. All seasons are beautiful there. Playground: Very nice playground. Also swings. Parking nice. Restrooms: Clean , nice scent . Closed in winter. Dog-friendliness: Yes dogs are friendly so most dogs. Picnic area: Nice place all round areas. With grills.
