Wonderful place to live, been here going on 7 years. Maintenance is great, employees are very friendly.

This apartment has horrible reviews. Honestly I feel like the management doesn't care. I applied and even though being a veteran my credit not great so they wave it over my face like they hold leverage on me. I was told I haven't been working long enough even though I would have been working 2 year at Amazon for 2 years next month. Before then I had a job for 4 years before that. I'm more disappointed in the fact they didn't even hear me out before going you are not approved. Like a shady neighbor a place for excellent credit. It's a little upsetting but they do what they want.

One of my coworkers has lived in this apartment for a little over a week his apartment was broken into with him in it. He was attacked by two gentlemen they made it all the way to his bedroom. None of the neighbors called the cops until after everything happened. and now today hes gone home and found that his packages from UPS were stolen. Both time he contacted management and both times they told him that this never happens at this apartment and if theres nothing that they can do I have to say that Maurice management is extremely poor in their management skills if they think that this behavior is acceptable
