We have gone out on many occasions to attempt to satisfy this customer. We tried our best to have them understand that a security storm door is not air and watertight, hence the reason no one has them as the main door on their home. Especially in severe storms like the ones that have occurred recently, some water may penetrate any storm/security door because they are considered secondary units. After the customer wasn’t satisfied with our response, they then called the manufacturer and was given the same response. We are sorry this customer is not happy with the responses, but we cannot promise something we cannot deliver. We are not the company who would tell a customer that a storm/security door is air and watertight when it is not. It is important to note, the main entry door we installed behind this security storm door does not leak air or water.
