Ms Nelson is one of the brightest and most compassionate individuals I have ever met, both professionally and personally. If you are searching for a lawyer who listens, seeks to really understand her clients and their needs, is whip smart, tough when needed, very practical, transparent and clear with her clients -- look no further. Kim is extraordinary. My now ex and I wanted a peaceful, collaborative divorce, and found that the mediators we started the process with actually inflamed the situation vs. bringing us any closer to resolution.
