        We are now at the end of February 2024; I have called and spoken to Patty numerous times, beginning February 7, 2024, and each time I spoke to her she stated someone would stop by our business to check the water softner they installed. To date, 2/27/2024, NO ONE has stopped by. Not a good company to work with.

        Great work by the guys (brothers), great communication from Patti, very informative and willing to answer questions during the job. I think to be successful and good at your job you have to be a good person, and we just met 3 great people at K & S Pumps.
