        I would HIGHLY recommend L Wilson Realty for managing your real estate purchase/sale requirements. For nearly two decades I have utilized Lynette Wilson and most recently Mariah Brooks to manage all of my real estate purchases and sales. Hands down a couple of the hardest working and most diligent people I have ever worked with. These ladies will run thru walls for you and ensure that the process continues with forward progress! Any one who has ever bought or sold a property knows that sometimes the amount delays/red tape that can create delays in a closing can be challenging to deal with; but, these ladies will have you covered and work as if the property they are managing for you was their own! In my opinion, hands down the best in the industry!

        The level of service post closing has been lacking. The seller involved in this transaction misrepresented the property which has cost us thousands of dollars we werent expecting. L. Wilson Realty represented us (the buyer) and the seller. We have received no assistance in trying to mediate the situation with the seller. L. Wilson Realty has not represented our interests. This has been an unfortunate turn of events.
