        I came in for a consultation for an impacted canine. The whole staff was kind and informative, except for Dr. Gush. I had said that I was going to a few different consultations to compare costs and recommendations, and although Gushs prices were comparable to the other quotes I was given, he rushed through everything, saying he wanted to keep it short and sweet, because its not a cheap place, more a high-end boutique. He did not bother to ask if I had any questions, as he seemed to assume immediately that I would not be interested in quality care just because I was looking at all my options. I might have chosen to be treated here were it not for his poor bedside manner and classist attitude.

        Love Dr. Gush and his staff. Currently on child 2 for braces. The flexibility with scheduling is great as well.

        Came here to receive my braces in my mid twenties, have been underneath Dr. Hush's treatment for a few years now and have had only a positive experience here. Dr. Gush is very knowledgeable, friendly, and is more than happy to explain his process and address any concerns. His assistants run a tight ship and have always been respectful with my questions, my time, and my concerns. Incredibly friendly. I'd be happy to recommend anyone to Dr. Gush!

It was brought to our attention that the main purpose of your visit with us was “price shopping” and that you had already had numerous orthodontic consultations. You were obviously well aware of your impacted canine as you stated you had discussed this issue with multiple orthodontists during your previous consultations. We clearly explained to you what would be needed to be done to resolve your orthodontic issue. It is unfortunate that you feel we did not spend enough time with you. It is our opinion that we clearly defined our treatment goals and methodologies involved in with your particular case. We appreciate your honesty with your main concern being price of treatment. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence and provide a patient experience at our office that is second to none. It did not seem like you were interested in anything but the price of treatment. We would be more than happy to refer to another office that might be a better fit for you where price of treatment is their main focus.
