Hole in wall place. Beds were hard as a rock. Clean and did the job otherwise

It was close to where we needed to be. We got several calls around 8 pm asking where we were and that they were waiting for us to check in although it says open until ten online. We get there, they watch us bring everything in then leave the office, the lights and open sign were on but it's locked. The room was 52 degrees and remained that way. It was 8 degrees outside and a crack in the window to the room. Even with the thermostat set to 90 it never got above 65. And no one was ever in the office. We called and got no answer Saturday morning. We had 2 nights like that. The water is either scalding or cold, no in between. And the bathroom was so cold the walls and floor were wet all the time. The drain in the tub was also clogged. We stayed there last year and it was ok this year the room was not what we expected. The room was really clean but freezing.

Our room was so nice and clean and big.very quiet. People at the desk very friendly. We have told all our friends in Binghamton that if they go there for weekend to visit sights they need to stay at this motel. Just so charming and pleasant. We will definitely be back. Rooms: Very large..clean and neat nice view

The only good things we can say about this motel is the location and the staff were courteous. The beds were hard, cold air was coming through the windows, poor water pressure in the shower. Honestly, if you own a business, you have to put money into it. These are easy fixes. We travel a lot so we know what were talking about. Fix your place up and youll make money!
