        Bill was suppose to do windows in my apartment did 2 of them and never finished. Both windows won't even open and trim on both haven't been installed and it has been months. He's showed up to do a couple jobs and i have him on camera just standing at my back door never knocking to let me know of his arrival and then letting me know he came and no one was home in fact I was home he just clearly didn't want to do the jobs. if you want half fast work done on your home give him a call. He will gladly take your money and never finish the job. Service: General construction
