The worse experience ever, Latifa was very rude, unprofessional we bought 4 tickets from JFK to Casablanca at the JFK we were surprised that our daughter is not in their system but we had a confirmation email and voicemail that we are all set, also our bank statements showed that she got paid for the 4 tickets, it was really really bad because the airline said we have to contact the agency and find out whats going on, so we called Latifa at first she was talking nicely but, as soon as she noticed she is in trouble not sure how she snapped and screamed we never knew why and, she keeps hinging her phone on us instead of solving the problem, we had to spend the night in a hotel because we are not from NY, and with little kids it was not fun. She never called us back to find out or at least apologize. Do not recommend her at all.

This agency makes sure you get the best deals on traveling hotels and more I would definitely recommend Latifa travel and tours to family and friends because she always wants whats best for her customers .
