UPDATE: UPS answer isn't true. I was there before 7 pm. At 7:02 approximately one of your employees who had finished his shift exited and said the doors lock automatically and he could do anything about it if the doors lock before 7 pm (he was nice about). Maybe that's what you saw in your camera - or maybe your time stamp is wrong. What day did you check on your camera? It may be that you are looking at the wrong date and seeing a different person waiting at the door... ----- They closed the door before 7 pm and had me waiting outside. It is not professional to close doors before their closing time. A very rude young woman working there said, it didn't matter they had closed before their closing time, they were not going to take my package. A woman who exited the premises while I was waiting said "they always do the same. They had also closed before I came in but I insisted." That's not the proper way to conduct business.

Great first experience here. The young lady that helped me was pleasant and professional, took care of my transaction immediately. In and out in 30 seconds. Second experience Horrible. Tried calling the store and phone was answered McDonalds . I called back same game. Went there and we asked to pay 2 for a strip of tape. I would rather stick a needle in my eye then pay for a strip of scotch tape. Opposite ends of the spectrum.

Very rude staff, especially the girl that was working tonight!!! Does not treat customers with respect at all. Instead of helping, she yells and gives attitude. We are paying customers who should not be yelled at. Ive had many bad experiences with her and this was yet another one.

Avoid going here. If you need 5 inches of tape. You will have to buy an entire roll for $2.50. There is no professionalism here. They cannot provide a courtesy tape. I understand if a customer needs to tape an entire box but a small piece of tape should be a courtesy. Not force the customer to pay for an entire roll which would then be wasted later on.
