I was not expecting much because of the reviews but it was quick and smooth. There were a handful of people in line but it went very fast with two employees at the counter. The male employee assisted me and quickly helped me locate a package that had been rerouted.

I went to this post office to send a package to someone and this employee spoke very lowly and I couldn't hear her. And when I asked her if she could repeat herself she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a rude stare and was very sassy throughout the whole process. Also, There was three options for delivery, I wanted to pick the cheapest one, there was $40, $13, and $11. I told her I wanted the three day one but she didn't let me finish my sentence and chose the $13 dollar one. Very rude and needs to do better customer and counter service.

I like this post office because it's not too crowded, clean and nice.

The most rude and unprofessional lady with glasses at the front. Their service is horrible and have no respect.

Unfortunately they are under staff. Sometimes you wait forvever and some of them treat you like they are doing you a favor. They can't barely speak. It happens when you know you're not gonna lose your job. So they don't care and take their time. Awful. Not leaving a review because somenthing went wrong but I use this place for yeas and I am very desapointed.
