Do not come here aside from the nurse who was nice I was literally at the doctor from 945 am till 7pm to wait on a shot an then after I got my shot they had me waiting for a Dr note. My opinion flushing hosp is way faster. I literally was wasting a bed for all these hrs which wasn't necessary at all! 😡🤬😠😤

The white girl at the reception on December 30, 2021, between 1:00 and 3:45, she is so unprofessional and rude, she is completely unqualified to deal with patients. I cried a lot because of her ignoring and bad treatment of me. she really hurt me more psychologically.

When this place first opened up, the service was a lot better but lately it’s been getting worse and worse. Only come here if you’re desperate and even then don’t come here unless you want to be stuck in a chair for several hours and treated like a burden.

They sat me down and gave me fluids for having gastrospasm. I stayed two hours there and one doc checked on me once, said I was fine and discharged me. A month later, they charged me 6300 dollars, fortunately it’s in my network so I ONLY have to pay 2400. On the EOB it states hydrating me costed me 1100 and the doc who checked on me is charging me 900 dollars. I was prepared ER is going to cost me a fortune when I walked in, I just couldn’t have foreseen how ridiculous the pricing was going to be. Plus the place was dirty and looked unsafe, choose any urgent care over this.
