This office will claim that your insurance does not cover a procedure, and then will bill you for the full price while your insurance also pays out the full price. The office staff promised that I would be reimbursed for the total cost of my dental work once my insurance paid them, of course this never happened. I would only suggest going here if you do not use insurance.

Good as a dentist. Very good at digging the pockets. Opportunist, no commitment to service. I went with broken tooth. My insurance says, it covers 100% upto 1800 per year. They say, it doesnt cover and demands $180, whereas another office is doing with no copayment!

I am switching dentists after this. I am SO upset. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00am. The day before, the receptionist asked if I wanted to move the appointment to 10:30am, but I didn't want to because I had a meeting for work at 11:30am. They said that's fine, but I guess it was not. I arrived for my appointment at 10:00am, but the dentist didn't see me until 11:15am. I asked around 11:00am how long until the dentist was going to see me, and they told me he was PARKING...how can the dentist be showing up at 11:00am when my appointment was at 10:00am?! It's fine if the dentist doesn't come until 11:00am, but why schedule appointments before he arrives? Just tell me he's not available until after 11:00am, and I can book an appointment for another time. Be truthful, and I could have booked an appointment for a different day/time. I am usually patient, but this was plain rude. Waiting almost an hour and half for the dentist is unacceptable. This was completely unprofessional. This entire situation ruined my entire day, and I will never be coming back.

Hello Celina, thank you for your concern. Due to the alert for smoke and air quality issue in the city, doctor new that the following day things would not run as smother as usual and that is why we asked you if we could move your appointment from 10:00 to 10:30 AM the day before. Since there was quality air alert we tried to make sure that everyone was safe and make it to work on time. However, since you refused to move your appointment due to your schedule there was nothing that we could have done. We apologize for your any inconvenience. All the best.
