I dont have a lot of cabinet space in my kitchen, but I have a lot of pans, pots, and bowls. Its been hard to get to some heavy or awkward items in the back. I knew Shelf Genie would be my solution. I knew the approximate pricing so I went in with eyes open and committed to just one large cabinet.
A consultant arrived on July 8. She was on time and very nice. That took a good hour to discuss and complete the paperwork. I paid half up front. Due to COVID I knew there could be delays and was told it could take 6-8 weeks.
I liked that I received text messages from them confirming my appointment; thanking me; letting me know when my purchase went into production (July 20) and when it shipped (August 8).
I dont recall when I received a call to schedule the install, but there was a longer gap til installed on September 9.
That was fine. I knew there could be delays.
Jason arrived on time, introduced himself by name (appreciated that since his vehicle was unmarked); and in less than an hour he was done.
As I put things away, I realized I lost some of my stacking space, since the upper shelf previously was set back. That said, the ease I can slide it out and retrieve things is wonderful and looks great.
I will use them again in the future, and would recommend them to others. Service: Refurbishment
