Called on a Sunday evening. Appointment was set up for Monday morning. Employee Rob showed up on time. Rob did a very nice professional job running the new copper pipe and valves for the new hot water tank. I am very pleased. The hourly rate is very affordable. You have a future customer for life. Thank you.

In January 2021 we sadly had a water leak in our basement. We contacted Jenkins Plumbing. Thankfully Terry Jenkins came out the same day. We were afraid we would have to wait for better weather - continuing to shop an vac water leaking in our basement. Terry reassured us that he could accomplish this even in these winter weather conditions.He and his crew did just that. They replaced a water line from the road to our house approximately 100 feet. He assured us that the water would be turned off for that day only. He did just that - accomplishing all of that in one day. It was impossible to grade the soil removed to replace the water line in the snow and ice that existed. Terry reassured us that he would come back in the spring and grade it adding gravel if necessary. The crew came this spring and completed the grading job with the same expertise and pride in their work as they did in January when the replaced the water line.We want to highly recommend Jenkins Plumbing to this community for their professionalism and impeccable work ethics.
