SAS Home Inspection

I have had the pleasure of working with Yuri over the years in many inspection fields. Once again he has proven to be competent in all inspections. He inspected our commercial property and was able to do a great report that our lawyer used as a condition of the terms of our lease agreement. The owner of the building agreed to correct all of the items Yuri pointed out. We will absolutely be scheduling SAS to do our follow up inspection after the owner has completed the work!!! deserves 10 stars

We contacted SAS on a Wednesday and the inspection was done that Saturday. Yuri was very easy to work with and made everything easy to understand. The entire experience was effortless. The report was delivered to us electronically the morning after the inspection and was very detailed and easy to follow. Will be recommending SAS Home Inspection to all of our friends and family!

From the first call to the final report, our experience with Yuri was fantastic. Yuri is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to work with our unique schedule and was very thorough during the inspection. We got the report the next day and were impressed by the format and detail. Yuri was great! He was able to book our inspection fast and made the entire process a breeze. He was straight to the point and did an excellent job explaining things to us to help us understand what was really going on in the house. The report was also very detailed and easy to follow. One thing we didnt see other home inspectors offer were drone shots. He gave us nice aerial shots of the property and even a video. We would definitely recommend SAS Home Inspection to everyone!
