Call ahead to place an order for a sandwich told I couldn't do that just come in I said are you busy I was told the place is not busy. After struggling to find a parking space. Open the door to see a line which is ridiculously long. I wish you good luck but don't lie to customers.

Great food in a classic New York City style deli! The pastrami is amazing, and the rye bread is wonderful! Parking: Located in a small group of old buildings with limited paid parking immediately in front of the deli. Additional street parking is available if you don't mind to walk a minute or two. Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entry with wheelchair ramp from parking area. Ramp also inside to go into sit-down dining area.

Well, I needed to see what all of the hoopla was about. Now I know. This place is amazing! The matzoh ball soup and pastrami on rye are both right up there with the top tier New York style delis. The matzoh ball was huge and light. The soup was not salty, and had ample amounts of noodles with large chunks of carrots and chicken. The pastrami was like butter, and melted in my mouth. Everything was delicious, but like all good food, it's not necessarily healthy, so eat responsibly.

Food is really really good. But staff at the store make a poor job of organizing lines or providing basic orientation leaving customers very confused re where to order , who is next , et all and what is long even on week days when it's not that crowded. So take out can be a challenge and they need a better system - till then, come with patience!The restaurant though is a completely different story - lovely wait staff, great service. And again, food is delicious .
