We made an appointment for an estimate and to look at fabric swatches. Jim was very knowledgeable about the choices. He also brought many samples so that we could make the best decision for our window treatments. The finished curtains are very professionally sewn. We are very pleased. The shades we ordered look perfect in their location. The installation was done in one afternoon. Jim was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend working with Draperies on Wheels.

I recently contacted Jim about repair of a cellular shade purchased from a big box store. I found it was still under warranty so I needed to get it down so it could be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair. Jim offered to come to my home to help me remove my shade and then supplied a box and packing materials to prepare it for shipping. I was overwhelmed with his willingness to assist me, especially since I didn’t purchase the shade from his business. He didn’t charge me for his assistance. His kindness and attentiveness were unexpected, and very much appreciated! I would highly recommend Draperies on Wheels to anyone looking for custom window treatments and will definitely seek them out in the future.
