Palazzo Landscaping & Design Services

I've used Palazzo Landscaping several times now for both large and small jobs. They always do a good job and their pricing is very competitive. Each job ended up costing as much as quoted or sometimes a bit less. The only time I had an issue with a job, they made sure to remedy it. They will continue to be the first place I call.

Rich and the team did multiple projects around my house. Started with a retaining wall, had them come back and do a front walkway and steps. Loved the look, had them come back again and do backyard path to pool and landscaping around entire house. Professional crew, very quick and they are great value and communication! I contracted with Rich to help with some poorly maintain gardens. He made several commitments in writing and verbally. However, Mike seemed to have trouble living up to those commitments. The contract included the installation of 4 blue spruce trees. The trees they brought were either free to them or purchased with a large discount. Very out of shape with large bare spots. They spent more time $$ trying to make them look good, unsuccessfully, when it would have been easier if they had selected decent looking trees in the first place. I went to the store they said they bought them from and there were dozens of beautiful trees they could have chosen from. I cringe everytime I drive by them. Rich agreed to weed, trim and transplant around a back garden, but Mike ignored the area until I complained to Rich, he sent them back, but all they did was chop everything down, while still blooming and never finished. I have text from Rich agreeing that that wasnt what they were instructed to do. They left without cleaning up the mud and debris in my driveway. It was a muddy mess. They couldnt even put my hoses away when they were done with them. Lastly, he committed to 7 yards of stone. If it was 7 yards, it wasnt enough to properly finish the job. I have photos to support all of these issues. Any of the nice work they did was unfortunately overshadowed by the mess they left and by not properly completing the job and worse these ridiculous looking spruce trees. Very unfortunate.
