Knights Inn Amsterdam

Needs to modernize a lot and it's everything about the place needs upgrading. How can there be no Wi-Fi...in 2024..at least.... TERRIBLE...I DID not PERSONALLY STAY BUT my relative did and I never saw no housekeeping come and clean nothing and I am glad I never had to but I don't understand how people can own it not feel bad for charging ANYONE ..TO STAY IN THAT DUMP!!!!

I don't like to talk bad but when I was placed there with my two kids first off the room was dirty you can tell it hasn't been cleaned for some time there was cob webs and nasty stuff all along the walls looked like some one just sweep it under the beds the bed sheets were stained the floors were sticky my son's feet were black after only being there for a few hours the shower was nasty and there is bed bugs for a place that takes in dss people they definitely could do better job at cleaning and the side walk was a sheet of ice my son fell many times I would leave a negative 10 if I could Honestly would rather sleep in a card bourd box than deal with that Rooms: Would add pictures but not sure how to

Do you wanna die? Do you have or need a crack addiction? This is the place for you. The fact dss puts families here should be seriously investigated. Worst service worst experience ever. No working smoke detector no heat not even tp. This place should be shut down. Noteworthy details: Please find another place to go charged 135$ and we couldnt stay more than a few hours before freezing and being so disgusted.
