        I had an unfortunate water leak for months and ServiceMaster by Integrity was chosen by the insurance company. They were very responsive and were on-time. I actually cancelled another company that "forgot" my appointment twice and these were the backup company. As for the technicians that were sent out, I have nothing but positive things to say. The main guy that came out daily, Joe, was respectful of my home, my time, my life, and my kitties. He met my kids today for the last day and shook their hands and took the time to look at a rock collection with my son, without letting it bother the work he was completing for the day. The other technician that spent most of the day on Monday at my house was Benito. He was also very respectful, thorough, and comical. They made my day working from home in a construction zone bearable. The other tech that came in on the first day, I didn't meet for as long but he was also very hard working. I never want another home emergency to happen, but if it was to happen I would go with this company in a heartbeat.
