Still waiting 4 month to replace furnace never any calls back seems like they just don't care

If you want to put a review online I would ask that you are truthful.We received the work order to replace your boiler on February 4th from Ful-Mont, so it has not been 4 months.I am not sure your are aware that parts are in short supply and there is a long lead time on just about everything. We do not make the parts we have to order them and wait until they come in.And our office has spoken to your wife at least three times during this period.Also there was no need to call and harass our receptionist with foul language and threats this morning or challenge us to a fight. 4/20/22.We also understand that your are selling the house so we will not be installing the new boiler anyway.
