        The dentist at the Amsterdam, New York office was by far the rudest human being I have ever met. He was very unhelpful seem to be very abrasive and extremely dismissive. My experience last night was unexplainable to be honest. I was there for almost 2 hours waiting for this dentist, who like I said was pretty rude. Just thought I would share that with everybody in case you were wondering about the dentist in the Amsterdam office.

        My physical experience was quite pleasant. 5 Stars for that. My telephone experience, the first phone experience wasnt quite that pleasant. The lady was assumptive, and short with me. I almost cancelled. I called again and spoke with another lady and she was the opposite. The Second Lady, without knowing, convinced me to give them a try. Im glad I did. It was a pleasant experience at the dentist, surprisingly. My experience was at the Amsterdam, NY location.
