Parts ordered for a 3+ year old Buderus boiler that had a failed heat exchanger were not reimbursed as they should have been. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Buderus is supposed to be a premium, supported brand and Platsky did not hold up to their expected standards. Don't deal with them!
