        I would just like to express my dissatisfaction with this establishment from a customer service standpoint. Flowers were set to be delivered today 03/03 and I received an email at 2:05 saying the flowers were hand delivered to the recipient. Coincidentally, I was already on the phone with the recipient and at around 2:15 I tell her to go outside because there is a surprise waiting for her. She doesnt see anything. Im thinking the flowers were either delivered to another address or just not delivered at all. Regardless this made me look really really bad as now the recipient is not only confused but now asking a lot of question about what is supposed to be waiting for her. I called the store a total of 3 times and I received no response. I then spoke to the recipient again and told her how I was planning on surprising her with flowers but unfortunately something happened with the delivery. It is now getting closer to 2:45pm and a lady finally stops by to drop off the flowers. The recipient let the lady know about the message I have left them and how the email came in way too early. The lady said she sent that while she was on her way to deliver them because shes planning on going home right after. This was very inconsiderate. Would give this experience a 1 star but the flowers were nice and itll be unfair if I rate this solely on service. If there was a way I could take my tip back, I would.

        UPDATED PHOTOS, MULTIPLE VISITS Walked in and was greeted immediately. Conversation was discussed about what I was looking for. Thank you Maria for sharing your knowledge and wisdom. Love how it all came together. I will be back for future purchases.. Came back to Maria two months later for a tropical themed bunch. The wifey has given a stamp of approval. Lovely flowers as always thank you. Another beautiful execution.. why havent you stopped in already

      Hi Isaac sorry you were confused in how we do business. I’m not open on Sundays and came in today just to do your order. My website forgot to turn off my Sundays delivery after Valentine’s Day. Since I was not coming back to my shop to do the delivery confirmation, I sent the delivery confirmation before the delivery since you were only 5 min I from my shop! I’m glad you liked the flowers I made them with lots of love on my only day off!
