        I recently viewed this apartment with my sister. Kate is rude. I see she has another bad review from over a year ago with the Copiague location, which means management doesn't care about their customers to allow an employee to give tenants such bad treatment. Beware before renting here she's super rude and has a horrible attitude.

        The apartment is beautiful and meets ALL of our needs. The grounds are kept well and the landscaping is aesthetically pleasing. Having maintenance is great except for one experience. And they take Section 8!
