Luxe Nails

I love this place so much. i have never felt so welcomed in a nail salon as much as i was in luxe. She took her time and talked to me almost the whole time. My nails came out GORGEOUS. i will not be going anywhere else!

Don't do it! Don't even think About it! This is the worst experience I've ever had. Not only is the quality of the service substandard. My nails looked like a three year old did it, while eating popcorn from a crackerjack box. And i had the displeasure to pay for it. Also the attitude of the middle-aged male employee, providing the service was rude and disrespectful..If you don't like your profession please find another. And the business name needs to be changed it's not Luxe at all. There was no luxury coming to this place at all.

Please read this review!! I had been a loyal customer here since 2019. After Covid hit they increased their prices a bit which was completely understandable, however since then I have remained paying the same every week and a half I went in to get my nails done. My last time going I noticed a $5 additional charge on my card so I texted the owner (yes texted! Thats how well I knew them and how much of a loyal customer I was) and I asked why there was an additional charge. The owner told me it was because I had old dip on my nails that needed to be removed (let me remind you I was a loyal customer going in every week and a half so I always had old dip on my nails every time I went in.) I told him it wasnt about the price but the principal behind all of it where he then proceeded to tell me to go find another place that would be cheaper. Well.I did and let me tell you I wish I had sooner!! New Apple Nail on Niagara Falls Blvd. seriously a few minutes away from this place has done an absolutely amazing job and they are so so friendly! Ive now become a loyal customer paying no difference. Ask for Lily, they have good reviews for a reason!! Please consider going elsewhere especially where they respect you and appreciate your business!
