Thomas quite literally saved my marriage! I was searching for a new therapist for my husband and I because the one we were seeing just didnt seem to be working when I stumbled upon him being recommended in a Facebook group! I hesitated calling for a while and then finally when I felt our relationship has hit rock bottom I called him! From the first phone call I could tell he cared! Most places take your info and schedule an appt, but not Thomas he talked to me for 20-30 minutes getting to know me and why we needed to come in! We have saw him for the last 2 years (at first every couple weeks) until yesterday when we had gone 6 months without seeing him and we came to the conclusion that we no longer need him at this point! The best part about seeing Thomas was it felt like he truly cared and both my husband and I were comfortable with him. He was honest and always said what needed to be said! He gave us tools to work together and save our marriage and be able to be there for our boys!! It was quite honestly the best money I ever spent in my life because saving my marriage and putting in the work was important to me! My husband also saw him independently for help with his addiction problem! He was so helpful if helping my husband work through his issues too!!

I consider myself a veteran therapy patient as Ive been in therapy since the divorce of my parents in 2002 when I was in third grade. I am now 29 years old, for reference. In all my years of therapy, Ive never done such profound work as I did with Mr. Livernois. My husband and I had been fighting a lot and one Saturday morning, he decided to search for a marriage counselor for us. He called Mr. Livernois who then had a 20 minute phone call with him. He took so much care and time during that phone call that my husband felt no need to look further. We met with him for months at a time over the span of 2ish years. We learned about ourselves in ways I didnt even know existed. We grew and started a journey of deep healing (for ourselves and our marriage). With the tools and curiosity Mr. Livernois gave us, we BOTH feel equipped to handle any issue that may pop up in our lives or marriage indefinitely. We stopped seeing Mr. Livernois in January of 2022 and I can say with confidence we use the tools he gave us DAILY in our marriage. He changed our lives and helped us preserve our marriage. Forever grateful is a true understatement.

I found Thomas through my PCP. During our first meeting we both "interviewed" each other, could I work with him and were the things I was presenting things that he thought he could help me with. We both agreed it was a good match. 13 months later I can say it was more then a good match, it has made a huge difference in my life. Thomas has a style that challenges me with difficult, self-reflective questions while those same questions always bring clarity to the topic we're discussing. Thomas specializes in very sensitive topics and there were a couple times when he asked me some very tough questions, he was the first to change my way of looking at a situation, opened up my mind to understanding my reactions to things and gave me strategies to try. I have recommended him 2-3 times to my friends and family. I highly recommend him. He has made all the difference in my life.

Thomas had no idea how to help me and my boyfriend in a crisis situation that was unfolding right in front of him. We were there to get help and he sent me away 20 minutes into the session. He seems to only care about money and I did not sense any real spirituality coming from him. It seems like Thomas is really just in it for the money. I cant believe he sent me away feeling the way I did , extremely unprofessional.

I just happened to stumble across Thomas's name in my search for new therapy, and I couldn't pass by without leaving a positive review for him...let me just say, Thomas changed my life, and helped me fight my issues in a way no other therapist has been able to, and I've had many therapists in my life due to anxiety, depression and addiction problems since I've been a teenager...I was a patient of his for almost a year when he worked at a different mental health facility...it's no suprise that he was promoted very quickly to run the facility, eventually leaving to start his own practice...only downside is that meant I could no longer be his patient, and have had a hard time finding a therapist that even comes close since...he is always professional, while at the same time so friendly and always made me feel as though he genuinely cared about my well being...he gave me tools to combat my anxiety that I still use today, he helped me establish goals in my life that I could stick to...many therapists don't do that, they just sit back and listen, but not Thomas, he wasn't afraid to tell me what he thought and give me advice...good people like him are not given nearly enough credit for helping to change lives ...i respect him immensely...I can imagine his practice is doing so well that I probably can't get in there but I'm going to try...highly recommend!!!!
