Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Usually, Olive Garden is on point. However, this time, subpar at best. Our server was friendly. The atmosphere was great. But after food was brought, we didn't see him again until we asked for containers to go. No refill offer on bread, salad or drinks. At a whopping $3.67 for soft drinks ( amercian no less) you'd expect some refills. My lemonade over $4. We had to figure out how to pay the bills ourselves. And to top it off. While we were at the table we played the tablet and did not notice anywhere that it cost money to play. However, we were charged $2.99 to play the game ( added to bill without knowledge). Now the last part could totally be on us. Maybe we missed some fine print on the game. Im unsure. Hope for a better experience next time. My Mom and Stepdad came from Alberta and it is a long standing tradition that we go to Olive Garden. Usually on Military rd which has always been good.

I enjoyed a large family dinner with around 10 of us. The service was really friendly and attentive. The food is always good here and a nice atmosphere to dine in.

Had a delicious chicken and broccoli plate and a choir of 6 staff sang Happy Birthday as they deliveted my dessert.

I'm glad that Olive Garden responded to my call for dissatisfaction. It's always great when companies take the time to listen to their customers and address their concerns. Their response was helpful and I had a positive experience overall. Thanks Samantha Dickinson (General Manager)
